Epic location with jaw-dropping views of Corfe, handy pub across the road. Quirky furnishings and fully equipped for self-catering. Perfect space for our dog to roam.

We had a great Christmas stay with beautiful views and a comfortable cottage. The location was perfect for our planned activities and there was a convenient pub nearby. The owner was responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
The smaller double bed was too soft and uncomfortable to sleep on. there was a radiator next to the bed that could get dangerously hot.

We had a blast at the Old Reading Room! the cottage was charming and full of character, and the view from the backyard was absolutely spectacular. We're people who love karaoke and casinos, and we were thrilled to find that the location was ideal for these activities. the nearby pub, Scott Arms, was not only convenient but also had great food. the cottage itself had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. We particularly loved the sunny conservatory and the excellent selection of books for both adults and kids. it was an incredible experience.
Felt very cared for, no reason to complain.

The Old Reading Room in Kingston was the perfect location for our few days of walking with the dog. The cottage was clean, cosy, and felt just like home. The view of Corfe from the garden was simply amazing, especially during sunsets. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sunny weather allowed us to enjoy the lovely garden. The nearby pub was friendly and added to the charm of our stay. We explored Corfe Castle and enjoyed feeding baby starlings from our cafe table. We also visited the picturesque Swange with its epic views and clean beach. a truly unforgettable and unique experience.
